He did an excellent job—professional, friendly, and very attentive. The problem was fully resolved thanks to his effort.

“Jim did the inspection and was very patient in helping us understand the issues we had (dry wood termites). He even noticed that the crawl space has a leak, which helped us identify a plumbing issue! Then a week later, Gabriel and Roberto came for the treatment. They were professional, kind, patient, and clearly experts. They got the job done in 1.5 hours and even inspected other concerns we had! It was absolutely great working with all of them and I highly recommend them!!“

“Highly recommend Productive Rodent Proofing! Frank and Tom are thorough, skilled, personable, and dependable, and they won't give up before the job is done. I had an extremely wily rat in my garage, and they used cameras to understand its behavior, determine how it was getting in and out, seal all potential entry points, and eventually trap it after nearly a month of attention and site visits. I hope I won't need their service again any time soon, but if I do, I would gladly call them back.“

“I'm the superintendent of a high-end building and I had nothing but great things to say about the staff at this service. The exterminators we're here throughout the entire project. All residents in the building had great things to say about them throughout their work they came in on time protected our floors to care of those rodents that had potential of entering our units. They picked up after themselves 100%. I have nothing but the upmost respect for them for the job that they did I would recommend them in a second to any other building . They have my respect and I know they are great workers.“

“They're the best in SF at getting rid of roaches and that's a fact! I moved into this nightmare 4 years ago in the TLs from a smaller building that did have pest at all so NIGHTMARE! The building finally got pest control but the 1 few people sucked but these guys have been coming here all year as far as I know since January they're very friendly and respectful Kevin foots and Filipe I didn't get his last name but these guys are cool great at their job I hope gov bless them cause I feel at home finally after 3 years of living here I don't have to worry about my things or room when I'm gone for any length of time thank you you guys and Marina pest control for the piece of mind!
