I previously left a 1-star review due to a missed appointment and no response to my reschedule request. However, after the property management stepped in, a new appointment was arranged and Christian came out to handle our paper wasp issue.
He did an excellent job—professional, friendly, and very attentive. The problem was fully resolved thanks to his effort.

It's been a few weeks since I got Pacific Pest to treat my apartment for bed bugs, and I couldn't be happier. Very professional, clear and fair on prices.
