Lisa was super nice and very informative, she educated me on lash upkeep and hygiene which I really appreciated having that knowledge upfront. I liked that she didn't try to upsell me when I just wanted to go for the basic version and have a set of lashes that don't look too dramatic while accentuating my eyes. I think she delivered exactly what I wanted. The quality of the lashes is excellent, she spent extra time to make sure every single extension is glued properly but the entire process was quicker than I expected. In the end, she even shared a few tips on how to take care of my hair and lashes. I really appreciate her attention to detail and how natural yet full my lashes look. “I kind of want to gate keep but I won't. I've gotten extensions and lash lift and tint from Kiki. The extensions were gorgeous and looked natural. I really want to talk about her lift though. I've been getting lash lifts on and off for years and let me tell you, this was the best lash lift I've ever gotten. Almost 0 pain (Ive had some real burny ones in the past) and a super dramatic, gorgeous, noticable lift. And FAST! She is so fast! I won't go anywhere else ever again.“

“I have been doing my lashes for years. I can't tell you how happy I was to find Vivian for my lashes. She is very detail orientated (my love language) and has really learned how to do them exactly how I like; full and plush with a splash of natural (Natural as in.. I wish I had long voluminous lashes naturally lol) . She is such a joy to visit every 2 weeks, I truly look forward to our appointments. She keeps me organized and always helps me reschedule my appointments before leaving.
Her room is always relaxing and very clean and you can see how much she cares about her business with all her little special touches. She doesn't let me leave without a new spoolie and always reminds me to wash and brush my lashes. I feel she cares about my lashes just as much as I do. I get to be her walking art feature.

I have never seen her be unprofessional in anyway. She does let me know it is ok to come in when her door is open or smiles every time I open the front door. I am unsure what "N.V's" experience was but I feel protective as I come so often, I can clearly state this has never happened and can attest I will not happen when anyone else comes in either.“
