As a long time customer of this business I can honestly say the quality never disappointments. I would consider myself quite picky and not easy to please when it comes to my nails or lashes. Although I mostly only come for lash appointments which I highly recommend, even when I get my nails done the customer service is great quality. I often want to change the color after it’s cured and they don’t make me feel bad or an inconvenience for doing so. They are patient, supportive and really helpful when I change my mind. The lady who did my nails was friendly but my nails aren't well done and it felt like she was rushing. I had one nail significantly longer than the others and she didn't notice until I pointed it out to her near the end of when she was done. She did fix it but looking at my other nails, the filing isn't even and the lengths between hands are not the same. Maybe ok to go here if you don't need nails for an event but if you're looking for well done nails maybe go elsewhere.
