I got the hybrid set. The technical application was good, and at one week in they’re holding up well. The direction and retention look great.

That said, the lash design wasn’t a fit for me. The set came out much more glam than I was hoping for, very long, volumized, and low set. On my eyes they hit my glasses and partially obstructed my vision, and felt heavy on my fine lashes.

The full set took about an hour, which felt more focused on speed than custom eye shape mapping.

To be fair, the studio was responsive and professional, offered to fix the set, and issued a partial refund, which I appreciated. It is also reasonably priced and easy to book.

This was my first time in this studio as I had been researching places near me on Yelp. Lisa was super nice and very informative, she educated me on lash upkeep and hygiene which I really appreciated having that knowledge upfront. I did the classic set and really love how she worked the lashes to the shape of my eyes. I've had so many compliments already from family, friends, co-workers and even strangers! She sent me home with a nice little care package that had a sample lash shampoo, cleaning swabs and brushes. Great experience, I highly recommend this studio!

Came here to see Jessica and was the first time getting my lashes done for my bachelorette party. She was very friendly and attentive to what I was looking for. Since it was my first time we did the classic set which was natural looking but still adds volume. It was perfect for a pool party setting. I got compliments on them and will be going back for my wedding set. I'll probably try a bit heavier of a set for the wedding for that extra glam look. Jessica was gentle and recognized I have hooded eyes so made sure to put the lashes a tad higher on the ends so it doesn't make my eyes look droopy. I was happy with the results.
