“My regular benefit brow bar has been closed because the person is out for the time being (and has been for minute). I haven't had my brows waxed in about 2+ months. I'm realizing that all ultas are different. I scheduled an appointment about 2 weeks in advance. However this ulta does not do call reminder. Which is fine by me I just keep everything in my calendar. But if you are expecting one, probably not? I got there a smidge early and decided to walk around and pick up somethings I know I needed. The benefit brow bar is just on the right hand side as you enter the building. Sheena was my brow expert today. OMG PEOPLE! SHE'S AMAZING! I just asked for my brows to keep its shape. She did just that but better. She started with trimming my brows before waxing them down. After the wax, she tweezed the little stragglers out, and evened out my brows. I 100% recommend booking with her! She's amazing! I will definitely be back!“

“Recently went in to get a keratin lash lift with Lien. It's been two months since I got the lash lift, and the retention on Lien's technique is amazing. My lashes were lifted and curled evenly! I still have half of my lashes curled today! The service was very quick and efficient. Lien is also super friendly and so sweet! I am not new keratin lash lifts, other lash artist took way longer, like an hour, the lashes were not curled evenly and the lashes were barely curled/lifted even when I asked for the tightest rod. Go see Lien for your lashes!!!!!“

They are so gentle and inform you of the process every step of the way. You can easily book with them on their website. Their location in San Mateo is easy to find and has an ample amount of street parking. Inside their rooms, it is very peaceful and relaxing. Some of the services I have tried from them have been - nano-infusion, derma planning, peels, back facials, regular custom facials and most recently a hydraderm facial, which was great! She did a fantastic job and I swear the wax did not hurt as much as other places I’ve been to. I also had my eye lashes tinted. Maiko allowed me to come in a few days before to try the dye out as I was worried about my sensitive skin. I met Claire at that time and she was just as sweet.
