From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so relaxing and peaceful. Ivory took her time, explained every step of the process, and was incredibly patient and kind. I also have very stubborn, downward lashes (they literally look like little palm trees), so I wasn’t sure how they’d turn out OMG, she has magical hands!!!
