“HealthFit is great. Treatment is expensive, but you get what you pay for. Care is very comprehensive, personalized, and curated to your specific issues. I had residual neck pain/restriction that I felt daily after completing all recommended treatments with a previous chiropractor a year prior. Dr. Daphne helped reduce the neck pain to minimum in a few sessions and taught exercises to maintain mobility. However, treatment isn't always smooth. After almost completing the neck program, I got into a minor car accident that led to months of back pain with difficulty in long periods of sitting or walking/bending with increased movement at work daily. I entrusted care in HealthFit again. I grew frustrated with all the post accident limitations on daily life and feared its lasting effects. Dr. Daphne was attentive and patient through it all. She diagnosed the issues, figured out what worked, and didn't work through the program. Physical therapy requires a lot of patience, time, and effort, but I can finally walk and function close to normal again.
