These people lie! The front desk receptionist who seems to be related to the "doctor" said that health insurance policy states that patients cannot see a chiropractor and a physical therapist on the same day. That's untrue and a lie. Precisely because I told them I'd come back after I visit the chiropractor next door, they refused to see me. It was fine with me as long as they didn't try to sell me a bunch of crap about not being able to see two therapists in one day. I just wanted to get a second professional opinion on my lower back pain.
