Wide open space with plenty of tables and exercise equipment. Wonderfully air conditioned. They play movies and music, and even have a fish tank. It would be a great place to hang out if you didn't have to pay to be there!
The therapists and workout assistants have all been great, with cheerful attitudes.
I enjoy the friendly staff and atmosphere
I am trying to recover from a mild stroke that occurred back on 11/2022 and this place is helping me regain my physical abilities on the leftside of my body.
