I have been seeing Frances consistently for the last six months and I can't recommend her enough. She is so knowledgeable about treating aches and pains, and emotions using myolfascia techniques. The body holds on to so much emotional stress and this is a definite way to work through things that your mind can't process. I have also seen Tana and she is amazing as well. I think everyone could benefit from MFR!

Wow, Tom is fantastic! I've had lingering heel and foot pain for almost a year and he was able to help abolish it by the end of the session. He does a global and micro approach which made a huge difference. He's very knowledgeable and experienced, and is a great MFR therapist! I highly recommend working with Tom!

I am a frequent flyer when it comes to body work and massage in general. I've been receiving MFR from Tana for several months and she's my favorite ever. I really love how she includes the whole you, including emotions, energy and the nervous system. She's intuitive, caring, smart and funny.... If you're looking for ways to release tension, especially if you're looking for trauma informed care, Tana is the way to go. I recommend MFR Center to anyone I care about. I've sent several friends and colleagues already. If you're in pain, do yourself a favor check this place out!

The Myofascial Release Center is a private, quiet, outpatient therapy clinic in the Los Angeles area (Montrose/Glendale, in between Pasadena and Burbank). The team of independent MFR therapists at our clinic offer John F. Barnes style Myofascial Release (MFR), which is a manual therapeutic stretching therapy (not massage) that uses no lotions or creams, but connects deeply with your connective tissue (fascia) using sustained traction and/or compression for an opportunity to heal long-term.
