So sad that the reception staff are so unkind, rude and absolutely hate their job and despise the clients!The therapists and their assistants on the other hand are amazing! They are kind, compassionate and patient. Too bad the reception staff takes away 2 stars from this location. Something needs to be done if they want to keep the clients.

Front desk staff really phoning it in. Only willing to to the bare minimum of work and not helpful at all. They all need to be replaced. Terrible attitude and very lazy. Every. Single. One of them. Good PTs if you can get past the desk. Seriously needs to be looked into. The Mac Donald’s of PT was an accurate review from someone else. Mac Donald’s has way better customer service.
