Another really great workout at F45 San Marcos! Today’s workout was quite a challenge, but I managed to make it all the way to the end! I greatly appreciated Coach Katie helping me improve my form for the best results!

This review is so overdue! Great gym and trainers. This is the first gym that has kept me constant. All the trainers are amazing and so friendly. I love my classes with Miguel and Katie because they always push us harder and give great feedback. You guys rock!

I was in the process of moving out to Escondido and I looked up Gyms nearby. F45 came up and it was close to me. I got ahold of them and they offered me a free week. I went to the 630am class and let me tell you it was amazing. The trainers were amazing and the other people training there were amazing. As a person who is overweight we dread going to GYMs because it's uncomfortable. But this place made you feel very welcomed. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get healthy and fit.Thank you F45Jessy Casillas
