Did active aging class with Jan, then Jade bed with red light therapy & the foot detox. Wonderful treatments.
Great experience, very rejuvenating
Had the Lymphatic Drainage massage with Mary. I’ve never done one so not sure what it’s supposed to feel like. It was pretty mild and relaxing. I’m used to deep tissue massages. She explained very well what to do after. The bed was super comfy but be warned if you want to relax and maybe fall asleep it’s had to do with so much noice. Room is right next to lobby and it’s an open ceiling concept so you can hear EVERYTHING. The phone ringing very loud. The dance music from the workout room. People talking loudly. It’s had to completely relax with so much going on around you. Maybe I’d go again but knowing that it’s not a quiet environment.
