I visited for first time New Optix Optometry and I was fascinated by their professional and customer behaviour and treatment.
The reception encountered me with greetings and explanation about the procedures.
Dr Wang provided all tests needed for my eyes and explained all procedures and answered all my questions. Jowena explained all my options for glasses and coverage by the insurance. She helped me to choose a frame for the glasses.

Been to New Optix twice now and always pleased. Office is clean and has a welcoming vibe which is echoed by the receptionist staff. Dr. Tran is wonderful and very friendly. Everyone did their best to help me choose the right options for me and my budget. Would definitely recommend.
The entire staff are personable, compassionate, and attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel valued and confident about your eye health. I highly recommend this practice!
