I usually dread and have such high anxiety going to the optometrist Because I have had really bad experiences in the past. This was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had and I will probably only continue to go to Doctor Skay Richard. He is very kind and can tell he genuinely cares about his work and costumers and he is not in it to scam or get you to spend hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend if you are feeling hesitant about who to go to, Dr. Richard is your guy!!
The front desk was very kind as well.
The Doctor here is the best one I have been to in my life. He actually cares about his patients and takes time with each one. He corrected my prescription in glasses and contacts to the best vision I have ever had. In addition, Jessica at the front desk is a gorgeous red head powerhouse who provides exceptional customer service and is the glue and brains behind the operation. Thank you both for the best service ever! Easy customer for life!
Dr. Skay is the best optometrist! He is extremely professional, punctual, and explains things so well. He takes his time to answer any questions and is also wonderful with explaining prescriptions and the eye exam process to kids too. Jessica in the front office is the best too!! She is so great at scheduling and helping with lenses and frames. She has tons of knowledge about insurance and is always so helpful any time I call. I never feel rushed, it’s just such a relaxed, family oriented vibe and I couldn’t recommend a better Optometrist. 😊
