I went to Jim after having foot and ankle pain for a long 11 months post partum. I had tried everything (stretches, various types of yoga, strengthening, foam rolling, self massage, acupuncture etc) and although I would get small incremental relief, it never lasted long. I read the 5 star reviews and knew I had to book. I booked for 90 minutes and asked for a focus on calves and feet, I briefly explained my problem and when it began and he got to work! Excellent deep tissue massage by Jim! It has been a while since I have had a deep tissue massage, and this session got me back on track after suffering some stiff upper back muscles from workouts. He was immediately able to help work out a really sore muscle in my upper back, which relieved the pain much sooner than it would have worked out. Highly recommend Jim!
