I'm very appreciative that Natalie knew exactly how much hair to cut off. I told her I wanted it right below the shoulder and she did just that! She made sure not to over cut my hair. She cut off a good amount without making my hair look too short and Im very happy with the new length because I have wavy frizzy hair and if it's cut too short it puffs up badly.
