After the inspection was finalized, I noticed an exhaust vent had been covered by shingles when I was up in the attic duct taping my HVAC exhaust pipes. I reported the issue to Ben, and he had Gabriel (the awesome foreman) and the team come out within three days to fix it by creating a new vent opening in a different location since it was too close to an O’Hagin vent they had installed. “Alex does the cleaning himself. He also gave me suggestions on how to fix bird poop situation on the roof - it was due to space under solar which the pigeons use. He was quick to respond and was very economical. Correspondence and estimates were on messages and prompt. He also did a good job cleaning things after he finished the gutters. Overall highly recommended. Note that he doesn't do solar panel cleaning. The pictures are for reference on telling me the origin of the problem I had“

“Amazing. Got a referral to them from our realtor. The sales rep was always available, gave a detailed quote with reasonable pricing for various options, and most importantly had the job done in record speed. About that: I paid a deposit to secure my spot on their schedule in three weeks or so. But then they called me and said that due to a cancellation they had an opening earlier - which was the next morning at 8am. They finished the entire job, with permits and passing inspection, before my initial deposit check even cleared! This is probably a personal record for speed on a big job.“
