“This is a much delayed review. I had Michael install gutter guard in September 2019. I requested quotes from a couple of companies. While all other companies provided their estimates online, Michael was the only one who made time to actually stop by our house and show us a sample of his gutter guard. He also provided a very detailed estimate. The communication was very smooth and the work was done fine. Highly recommend Michael's service!“

It turns out the super heavy flow of water from my now very efficient new gutters was causing some noise in the original downspouts I requested stay on. David was super responsive and sent one of his managers out to address the issue. Happy to say after another storm the downspout is silent again. I really appreciate the follow up. “I called 4 gutter cleaning services (including this one) in the last week for my elderly moms home in San Ramon. She needed her gutters cleaned badly and she was nervous about getting any roof damage (since they have to go on the roof), and she also wanted to make sure the gutters were cleaned out really well- & that it wasn't a half a$$ job. After speaking with Howard Bass, the owner of House Prep, and asking him several questions, I felt that they would be the best choice for my moms house. They were booked out 2 weeks and I asked him to call me if they got a cancellation. I was so happy to get a call yesterday from Howard saying that there was a change in their schedule, and now his partner Jeffrey could do it that same day. Howard assured me Jeffrey was the best. He wasn't kidding! Jeffrey came, and not only was he the nicest guy ever, he did such an amazing job! He was so thorough in the cleaning and took us to the back and front yard & showed us what needed to be repaired on the gutters. He also showed us the moss that was growing on the roof and explained what we needed to do (we didn't even notice - even though there was a lot! ). He just went over and beyond and it didn't go unnoticed. My mom loved him so much and was so happy with such great service from him she gave him a giant hug when he was leaving. I already told my mother- in -law and sister- in -law to use these guys when they need this service. I can't rave about them enough! Thank you Howard and Jeffrey for your amazing services! “I recently had gutters and downspouts installed at my house, and I had a great experience. Oscar was very responsive, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process. The team of 4 men (led by David) who performed the installation were punctual, respectful, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend their services.“

“It has taken me a while to finally get this review written but my satisfaction with Ryan and his Kelly Roofing team has only improved over time. I had a complete re-roofing done in advance of the installation of a solar power system - which is another story - and selected Kelly Roofing, in part because of the Yelp reviews but largely because of my interaction with Ryan when he came to give me an estimate. Kelly Roofing was the most distant roofer but those closer to our home just couldn't compare with Ryan's knowledge and approach. And in addition to being an expert, he is also a nice guy. We chose the Presidential line of shingles, which I think surprised Ryan as much as it did us. They look amazing and have resulted in multiple positive comments from neighbors and others. Ryan and his crew had to wait a bit for the shingles to be manufactured and available to him but when they began working, it went smoothly and quickly, from our perspective. The entire crew was personable and easy to work with and we are extremely pleased with the entire process with Ryan. I absolutely recommend Kelly Roofing! Now, as for the solar installation, this did not go very well. The solar installation company was TERRIBLE! The solar crew showed up on one of the hottest days of the year and even after warning them that the roof was brand new, they proceeded to absolutely trash it. We lodged complaints with SunPower (which was very responsive and upstanding and who I would also recommend if you are considering solar power) who immediately sent a representative to examine the roof. They, too, were appalled at the damage done to the roof and took responsibility for dealing with the installation company. Long story short, the solar panels had to be removed and the brand new roof replaced at the solar installation company's expense. Ryan, too, was amazed at the damage but quickly got to work to replace the damaged roof - nearly 1/3 of the roof had to be removed and replaced. Sadly, the solar installation company was not upstanding and it took weeks to actually pay Ryan after many complaints by us and direct contact. NONE of this part relates to the work Kelly Roofing did - twice - except to say that once again, Ryan and Kelly Roofing came through and did an OUTSTANDING job integrating the replaced portions of the roof into the existing roof. While I don't think we'll be needing to replace our roof anytime soon, I will most definitely reach out to Ryan and Kelly Roofing and hope that he is once again willing to make the drive. “These guys were great. Estimator came out the next day after calling. Gave a fair price on gutter repair. The work was scheduled a week later. The technician was thorough and attentive. He even cleaned all the gutters, which wasn't part of the original quote. I will be calling these guys for all my gutter and roofing needs from now on.“

“I was introduced to Timberline Roofing via my realtors. Timberline did my roof inspection and roof repairing. Subsequently the house we bought went through major renovation and I used their service again. During the course of the renovation, we had the solar guy breaking the roof tiles and wrongly blaming the roofing guys. Throughout the whole incident, I found Dan to be professional and calm - did not play the blaming game and quietly supplied more tiles (In the end, both the solar company and Timberline were very honorable. The solar company owned up to their mistakes and worked together with Timberline to fix the issue). A few days ago during the storm, we got a leak on our roof. My husband called Timberline and they were out there the next day to fix it - that's pretty good service...“

“Had a section of gutter come down during recent high winds. Been considering installing gutter guards so had Oscar quote both jobs. He pointed out that the gutters also needed better securement to the house which I hadn’t noticed. His guys showed up on time, cleaned the roof as well as the gutters first. Then installed the guards, color matched the new gutter to the existing and did a fantastic job.“
