Westshore Roofing replaced our roof recently, and Ben Fowler was the project manager on the project. He was great to work with - professional, knowledgeable, and super responsive. He answered all our questions without any pressure, kept communication clear, and made the whole process relatively smooth and stress-free. After the inspection was finalized, I noticed an exhaust vent had been covered by shingles when I was up in the attic duct taping my HVAC exhaust pipes. Westshore Roofing did a great job reroofing my house at a good price. They explained my options clearly from the beginning, especially since my house had plank sheathing, and helped me decide whether adding OSB made sense based on warranty requirements.
Communication was good throughout, and they were flexible about rescheduling due to rain. Since I was not there at the end, they also scheduled a final walkthrough afterward.
I also appreciated how they handled my new range hood vent, which was more complicated than expected. They sent videos, explained everything clearly, and worked around my contractor’s schedule before adding the flashing.

I recently had a roof leak next to my chimney wall, something that had happened once before during a major storm last year. Remembering the excellent service I received in 2021, I reached out to Paul from Westshore Roofing. Once again, I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Paul had his crew come out to inspect the issue, and they immediately identified that the leak was likely due to a missing chimney crown and cap. What I appreciated most was Paul’s honesty — he told me upfront that while the missing crown and cap were probably the cause, he couldn’t guarantee they were the only issue.
