Porter cane out to evaluate my ac unit and was very professional and took the time to explain what was needed and provided several options. Brad came out to take measurements and will provide me everything needed so I can submit to my HOA for approvals. Thank you Porter and Brad!

Getting my unit'd filter changed and the mechanics of my air and heating conditioner checked on was a very pleasant experience. He helped me cleanup the outside of the unit. He changed the filter. He was very careful about my new crawl space covering and we cleaned up and put on the cover to the unit. It was a great experience as always. I love doing business with A1.
I called A-1 for a second opinion for my AC unit that had started blowing hot air. Porter came promptly for my appointment and quickly assessed what was going on. I let him know another company had previously come out and pointed out some issues and recommended that I replace both my AC/furnace. Porter checked my AC unit and let me know that I did not need a complete replacement and it would be a quick fix. He checked out the furnace and was honest and said it would be best to replace that.
