Technician Porter came to a service call that I had requested. He diagnosed and resolved my air conditioning issue within minutes. A very professional and polite young man. If I ever have heating or cooling issues in the future. He would definitely be the Technician that I would request personally.
The technician was excellent and came on time. However, he had not been told beforehand that he would be servicing an HVAC system. Fortunately, he could clean and inspect the outdoor condensor which is all we needed at this time.
