She is always thorough & fast, has a wonderfully warm & friendly disposition and her facilities are scrupulously clean. When I inquired about another potential service, she politely advised against it given what she'd learned about brow-needs --- this is such a "green flag" to me!! If I didn't already trust her completely, professionally suggesting a client does not proceed with another (expensive!) treatment secured my faith in her. “I had a gift certificate which was emailed to me via PEARL and you have to print the certificate. If they cant mail it forcing customers to print is ridiculous. This is in unnecessary step that creates more work on the customer. I also do not like that they never answer the phone. ANSWER the PHONE. I do enjoy the Spa, 90 minutes with Lee was life changing. I wept for days after because she stirred so much emotion. I am obsessed with her and overall she was super kind. The place is immaculate and I feel honored to come. I just wish that coming there was easier and they communicated better over the phone.“

The facial was heavenly, I loved the jelly mask and all the natural products she used. I had some hot oil on my hands to soften my cuticles which was heavenly. I ended up getting a lash tint and lift as well which looks gorgeous. I can leave the house in five minutes now with no makeup on! I can’t wait to come back and here and would recommend this spa to anyone. You won’t regret it!“

I got my nails done here and was incredibly impressed with how they turned out. They lasted over a month, and I’ve been getting compliments nonstop.
