Just wanted to update to emphasize how wonderful, patient, and flexible they are! Our dog has had a couple of medical things come up, and we had to cancel some trips. Lucky Paws was super compassionate and understanding and willing to work with us to see if we could make things work. 100% recommend their business! They care about you as a client.
We had to find a kennel in a rush because of an unexpected situation. We called all the kennels we knew of but they were full, so we went looking at the "unknowns". This turned out to be the perfect place for our dog. Jeff and Grace keep great control over the animals, and keep the numbers way down. Our dog was unsure of herself for the first day or so, but quickly joined the pack because I believe she felt very safe at this place. Great big fenced areas to play in, and best of all communal sleeping on furniture! She felt right at home. Highly recommend this place. I was extremely pleased with Lucky Paws Tennessee. They were professional, took great care of my two pups (and even went above and beyond to help celebrate my older dog's birthday while in their care), sent updates while I was away, and my dogs came home tuckered out from playing all day and very happy. Will definitely use their services again and highly, highly recommend!!
