“I love Custom Fit and working out with Moe. She has helped me regain strength and stability after a TKR. She is very supportive but also encourages me to move out of my comfort zone when it's appropriate. She's designed at home workouts for me as well. The studio is modern, clean and inclusive. I see everyone from elite athletes to seniors working on balance. I'd highly recommend Custom Fit and Moe.“

“James Coca at CustomFit has been my trainer for the past year, and it's been life-changing! I'm a pretty sedentary person my nature, and combined with a busy work schedule and a young child, I haven't been able to really exercise consistently...ever? So I was pretty skeptical how much of a difference personal training could make (I've done it before elsewhere and just felt bad the whole time - too exhausted from tough workouts and judged by the trainer for being flabby)...but James is soooo different. He's got incredibly welcoming energy, and is so good at ramping up to a pace that feels achievable, yet also pushes your limits. I immediately saw results without feeling beat up at the end of a workout. James also always shares with me the science and physiology behind what we're doing. He's helped me understand and recognize what muscle groups are working for each exercise, and that has made me infinitely more aware of my own body. We started with weight training because it actually burns more fat than pure cardio. And it was incredible to pretty quickly be able to lift my school-age son like it was nothing! Whenever I felt like I was plateauing because it was so hard to make time for exercise, James would brainstorm with me different approaches of incorporating activity with my schedule. By creating micro-goals that felt achievable, I'm now someone who is working out in some capacity - swimming, running, dance classes, etc - several times a week (and actually look forward to it!). I can't recommend James and CustomFit enough - working with him there has transformed not just my body, but my whole attitude towards physicality!“

“Super nice, helps a lot with form, very relaxed. He observed my exercises and corrected form -- gave me many corrections that the PTs were not giving me. He really helped me focus on getting proper form. Also convenient because he can visit you at home.“

“Elise is phenomenal - she changed my life! I suffer from severe cystic acne. Like others, I tried everything - I visited the dermatologist, tried antibiotics, purchased every skin care product, regardless of the price, with the promise to clear my skin, but nothing really helped. The dermatologist told me the only way to clear my skin was Accutane - but I knew I didn't want to put that in my body. I was hopeless before I met Elise, but her gift has changed my life in so many ways. I found her on Yelp, by googling "holistic acne." I always felt there had to be something more going on within my body that was causing my acne. Within 3 months of following her regimine and using her products (she makes some of her own products), my skin is on its way to being clear. I haven't had a breakout in a month - we're now working on the pigmentation. Looking at my "before" pictures, I cannot believe that was my skin - it was so bad. If you feel like you've tried everything, and nothing has worked, I would recommend that you to give her services a chance. This is the first review I've ever written for anything, ever (and posting my pics so you can see the progress) - I want everyone to have a dose of her "medicine" and the opportunity to heal your body.“

“Marci is hands down the best. She worked with me years ago to get me in shape for my wedding and I was in the best shape of my life. Unfortunately, with kids and a career, I fell off the wagon and stopped exercising regularly for a number of years. I developed chronic back pain that got so bad that even a small simple movement could trigger sudden pain. I also had a permanent crick in my neck and reduced mobility when I would try to turn my neck to the left side. I reconnected with Marci last year who tailored workouts that would increase strength and flexibility in my back. The thing I really like about Marci's workouts are that they are short and doable - I don't have to try and motivate myself to do a grinding one hour workout. But if I do Marci's workouts 4 times a week, I really see results in how I look and in my strength. Marci offers live group workouts, recorded sessions and one on one Zoom training. I do one personal session a week and then live or recorded sessions several other times, depending on my schedule.My back was so bad last summer; today,I have no pain. I don't event think my back any more and can do all the things I used to. I would highly recommend Marci to anyone with back pain (I am in my fifties) or who is looking for a doable, short routine that will get you toned.“
