They helped me get the exactly right replacement screen which they installed promptly. The monitor touchscreen did not work at first, and I understood they could not fix this issue given the part did not come with brand-name service and support. I appreciated the good communication between me and the shop, which helped everything get taken care of quickly. “We have been with Mann Consulting since 2014. They've seen us through a move into our own building which included face to face with the architect and contractors for the dedicated server room, then setting up our entire office including installing all the access points. Continued onsite support during the pandemic (masked and distanced) and now aided in our transition from our Meraki server to cloud based. Over the last 10 years they've assisted with the many employees who have come and gone. As a non-profit we don't have an in house IT so we rely heavily on Mann for all of our needs.“

I purchased an expensive laptop directly from Lenovo. When it arrived it seemed to work fine but after a few days I noticed that it would randomly reset. I was preparing to travel so I needed the laptop fixed urgently. I called Lenovo and they said I could mail it to them or take it to an authorized service center.
