I recently required TeamLogic IT tech support on two separate occasions within the same day to install software requiring admin credentials. In both instances, the support I received was outstanding. Jeremiah and Thomas were incredibly professional, efficient, and courteous, handling my requests with patience and expertise. The consistency of service across both interactions reflects well on the entire team. Highly recommend TeamLogic IT!
I was in a desperate pickle with my company email servers being down. Johan was very easy to reach and jumped on the case immediately. He was able to troubleshoot, diagnose and solve the issue right away. I felt like I was in great hands throughout. I cannot recommend him enough!
