It is uncommon that i need to reach out for help with the programs that i use on a daily basis, but when something goes wrong Their response is very quick. Good communication and explanation on fixing issues is super helpful. I always have a supportive experience with their team
I have had the privilege of having an awesome technician on more than one occasion respond to my IT needs. He is always professional and patient, as I am often needy when it comes to technology. He is greatly appreciated! Thanks again!
For 8+ years, our wealth management firm (with 12 people) has been 'in a relationship' with Micromenders.... They have set up our systems, they have moved us, they have welcomed new employees and kept us up to date re: technology. They've kept us compliant and secure. They pick up the phone, they are patient....marry them.
