And different from facials I'd had previously. Kim is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled in all things related to skin care, she is also caring, intuitive and generous. “There are so many amazing things to say about this special salon. From their stylist to their green principles, I'm just simply obsessed!! I booked a cut and head massage with Kelly. There's always a little worry when you try a new salon and stylist, especially when you have hair that is difficult to cut and a very particular style. First, I've never received a head massage like this before. It helped alleviate so much tension. I'll definitely be requesting for a longer session next time!! She held such great space and has such great vibes. By the end, my hair cut was perfect. Simple and sophisticated. I live in Marin and drove an hr and half round trip from a recommendation and let's just say, it was well worth the trip and will definitely be back. And to top it off, trusting that everything they use is clean and conscious just made the whole experience feel good inside and out. Thank you so much Kelly and Principal Salon!! “Lisa gives wonderful facials that are hyper-personalized for your skin condition and needs. Every time I leave my skin is less red and glows. The massage portion of the facial is heaven. She's excellent at record keeping, noting which products and services she uses for each session, which she then references when deciding on what to use for your next facial. Oil & Water carries high end, natural products which Lisa thoroughly researches. I appreciate that she's very picky about only using top notch ingredients. Because of location, I went to another salon - they fried my hair. I came back to JESSE and again he came through with a keratin treatment and SAVED my hair once again! “Recently went in to get a keratin lash lift with Lien. It's been two months since I got the lash lift, and the retention on Lien's technique is amazing. My lashes were lifted and curled evenly! I still have half of my lashes curled today! The service was very quick and efficient. Lien is also super friendly and so sweet! I am not new keratin lash lifts, other lash artist took way longer, like an hour, the lashes were not curled evenly and the lashes were barely curled/lifted even when I asked for the tightest rod. Go see Lien for your lashes!!!!!“

Personally i love sugaring, so much healthier for the skin, much better substance, and really love the results - ive tried hard wax before = same pain, worse results. When I arrived I felt comfortable and was able to easily talk to Jacky about what I was looking for. I got a brow lamination, brow tint, lash lift/tint. “Ana has been my hairstylist for about 10 years. She is very skilled and confident in what she does. I personally like that she has an artistic eye and will suggest what haircut or haircolor looks better on you upon request. Her tasteful choice of music playing in the background adds to the general ambiance. Her salon is conveniently located in the vibrant Mission street neighborhood and is easily accessible by BART (get off at Mission/ 16th and walk for 10 min). I have long thick, but fine hair and I color it medium brown. The haircuts I get with Ana are easy to maintain and does not require a lot of styling. I wash it and blow dry and it looks gret. I don't live in San Francisco, but continue to make time to return to Heartzilla, because Ana truly is a rare find!“
