“I met Mena through chance in 2014 when someone else I had booked a cut with flaked out and never showed up for our appointment. Mena was visiting that studio for the day and had an opening at that time and am I ever glad she did!

Since then I’ve followed her around the city while she worked out of different venues over the years and love that she’s finally opened her own studio.

Over the years I’ve done short cuts, longer cuts, and tons of variations in between. Every cut grows out amazing and I usually go back every 6-8 weeks to get freshened up. “Alicia did an amazing job with my bridal hair and makeup! I shared inspiration photos with her and she made me look exactly how I imagined. I felt like a princess all day on my wedding day and her work was a big part of that.

Her communication was great through the entire process. During my glam session, she arrived on time, set up quickly, was very friendly and easy to get along with, was very organized, and even let me know during my makeup session what she was doing step by step, and what products she was using. She also let me pick the music playlist, and we had a lovely time chatting and listening to 2000-2010's pop & R&B.

“I had such a great experience with Will, who took care of me on a Monday.
My hair was very wavy, frizzy, puffy, and without movement. As a Brazilian, I really wanted that natural Brazilian Blowout result we are used to in Brazil, so I was looking for someone who actually knew how to do it right. I’m so glad I found this salon because it honestly could not have gone better.

One thing that really impressed me was how fast and efficient Will was. Perfect if you do not have time to spend hours and hours at a salon. The whole experience was comfortable, easy, and the salon itself feels very cozy.

He explained the aftercare in a very simple way and never tried to push products on me to buy, which I appreciated a lot. He just explained everything and made me feel very comfortable.

Now that I washed my hair and saw the final result, I can say I absolutely love it. My hair is straight but still looks natural, soft, shiny, and full of movement. It does not look flat or overly straightened at all.
