Robert North is the most knowledgeable, invested, thoughtful, caring and effective health practitioner that I have ever worked with. I first came to him in tears with chronic back pain that I had been enduring for over a year. After a thorough analysis /evaluation - he put a plan in place to address the cellular, physical, nutritional and emotional components of my well being. i am very sorry that the reviews of the other practitioners working here bring down the rating of the entire establishment so much. i've been seeing Robert for about 6 months and he is absolutely awesome. filled with knowledge and ability, he can motivate and inform without condescending, something not all trainers are good at. i come to him for neuromuscular stuff for a bad hip, which is incredibly helpful at easing my pain, but he's almost more of a life coach. he's very motivating. anyone in the area who needs muscular therapy or personal training should definitely be coming here to see Robert.
