Dr. Jill Paisley is literally a life changer. I originally met Dr. Jill through a breath work retreat at Village Green community center in Kingston, in January 2024. I was suffering from so much anxiety and depression, and when I saw there was going to be a one-day retreat figured it couldn’t hurt! It was literally the only thing I’d found that brought some relief and calm. I decided to make attending her monthly breath work sessions at Village Green a priority. 2024 became a year with a number of losses for me. I lost my father in March, lost one of my cats, lost my vision (thankfully not completely!), and lost my job. I’ve been seeing Dr Jill throughout. In addition to the monthly breath work sessions, I attended a second one-day retreat. I also saw Dr. Jill for several chiropractic sessions and finally got relief from some agonizing hip pain I’d been suffering. Both my therapist and my primary care physician have commented on how beneficial THEY have seen the breath work for me, as well as some friends commenting I don’t seem as stressed, anxious, and irritable. Life changing.

I've been seeing Dr. Paisley for 2 years. I had been experiencing very bad reflux for over 30 years, with little relief from traditional medicine, including multiple procedures and medications. After reading an article about how babies with colic can get relief from a chiropractic adjustment, I thought I should give it a try. I was super sensitive and could only handle minor adjustments before I got very nauseous. After coming in sevetal times a week for a few months, I was able to handle longer adjustments without feeling ill. My reflux is now under control. I still come in for maintenance, and feel better than I have in 30 years, all without any medication. Dr. Paisley had helped me with lower back and neck pain, sinus issues, endometriosis and menopausal symptoms and relief from scar tissue pain. I have brought my son and daughter in for adjustments as well. Dr. Paisley is extremely knowledgeable, calm, kind and I never feel rushed during my appointments.

This is by far the best Chiropractic and massage therapy care center. The staff are friendly and care about their patients.I'm truly greatfull for the treatment as care that they have given to my husband and myself. My husband has had 8 back surgeries but the care that he receives from Dr. Paisly have helped more than any other health care provider has. I will always be in their debt for the care they have given to my husband and myself.
