I do not feel like I am just an appointment she is trying to get through. She always takes extra time with my appointments and she goes out of her way to fit me into her schedule. She makes herself available via text in between appointments. Really above and beyond in customer service!!!I have been working with Elisa for the past 5 months, going in monthly for facials or peels. She has improved my cystic hormonal acne so much. I love that her approach includes her services, but she also makes recommendations for diet/lifestyle to improve acne. “I found Ashley on yelp a few months ago when I was shopping around for a new wax girl. Her website is what grabbed my attention as I could tell she has a lot of passion for what she does. I have been going to her for a few months now and she has been amazing every single time. She has amazing customer service- very easy going and makes you feel comfortable- she also remembers little details about our conversations which mean so much. She does amazing work- it never feels like she’s in a rush and she really takes her time to perfect my waxes. I have been mainly going to her for my Brazilian waxes but recently got my first chemical peel with her and she made the process completely stress free and reassured me that I could reach out to her if I had any concerns in my healing process. “I'm surprised and not surprised there aren't a lot of reviews. I booked with class pass since I needed to use some credits before I lost them. Booked an 80 minute massage with Abree. Let me tell you I was so happy with my massage. I felt super comfortable the entire time. My table was heated so it was like I was in a cocoon the entire time. She was very communicative with me. Made sure I was fine with her using essential oils during the process. Just floored by my experience there. I left with a water bottle and I've been so relaxed since I left.“
