“This review is specifically about the lash services, not the skincare services offered at the same location.

If you’re looking for hybrid or volume lashes, this may be a good place to go. The lash artist is fast, productive, and does a good job making clients feel comfortable during the appointment.

However, if you’re looking for a very natural or true classic lash set, this may not be the best fit. In my experience, even when I asked and paid for classic lashes, the sets were applied with fans/clusters rather than true one-to-one classic lashes. When the lashes started to shed, I could see multiple extensions attached to a single natural lash, which made the final look much fuller than what I originally asked for. The result looked more like a hybrid or volume set rather than a natural classic set.

I gave this place a few chances because the artist is kind and efficient, but each time the result ended up being much fuller than what I requested.

Another thing to note is that the location can be a bit confusing and the surrounding area felt a little sketchy the first few times I went, and it wasn’t very clear where to enter the building.

Overall, if you prefer fuller lash styles like hybrid or volume, you may be happy here. But if you specifically want very natural, one-to-one classic lashes, it might not be the right place. Great price though and kind staff.“

I have been a client of Michele's for several years now. Every appointment, even the more painful Brazilians (more than the usual 5 weeks in between, my fault), is a great experience. I always leave feeling better than the moment when I first walked into the room.

Love that she switched me over to sugaring exclusively; the hype is real. Less ingrown hairs, much smoother overall, thinner hairs, and overall less maintenance in-between waxes.

I recently did the All Things in 90-Minute facial and it was truly heaven sent. Michele knows that I struggle with rosacea and sensitive skin, so she tailored the session just for my needs + I was looking for some extra relaxation time. Perfect. My face was glowing, bright, and less red than usual for ~7 days after the treatment.

Now about the space... The Switch is cool, very clean, and great energy. I love the decor and every bed is comfy. Bonus points for the parking lot available to guests.“
