Absolutely amazing experience with Libbey! Got my first ever Brazilian (was SUPER anxious) she communicated with me over text multiple times answering any and all questions. When I arrived she came and got me right on time. She allowed my partner to come in, which was also helpful to ease some nervousness. Her studio is incredibly cute and comfy. Very clean and well organized. She used draping methods with a towel for extra comfort. The whole process was speedy, and she held good conversation as she worked, which helped distract me. At the end she walked me through after care and offered options for soothing irritation/in-growns. 100% going back!!! for getting hair ripped… read full review
