I love this pet hospital, the staff is very friendly they explain everything in detail. They always treat my dog very good Ive been to different hospital and this is the only one that has made me feel comfortable to leave my dog for nay type of treatment. Dr Holly is the best Doctor I've meet so far she is always happy and smiling

My VERY FIRST VISIT to Rose Canyon Vet on Friday, 9/8, for a quick FELV/FIV test for my new 10-week-old kitten was a bit of a mess, to be honest:Even with an appointment, we had to wait around 26 minutes past our scheduled time to see the vet.They didn't even mention that they had left a super tight bandage on my poor kitten, who was clearly suffering and crying because it was cutting off her blood flow.We weren't given any instructions on when or how to remove the bandage, and after talking to another vet, it's pretty clear they were supposed to take it off themselves. Oops!Seriously, that bandage was ridiculously tight on a tiny 10-week-old kitten. It breaks my heart to think about how much pain and discomfort she must have gone through because of their unprofessionalism.Not the best vet experience, to say the least!

Great customer service and a wonderful experience with the sweet and professional Veterinarian today! I called in to make an appointment early this am for my pup and got in immediately for flea medication and a physical with some over due vaccines! Would highly recommend Rose Canyon Vets!!

Such a great experience here. I had been calling around trying to get in for my dog who was having some concerning stomach issues. They were so nice on the phone and took the time to listen to what was going on before scheduling an urgent appointment (this isn't my normal vet and I had been calling to try to get my dog in anywhere). I'm extra impressed to later see how busy they are and their professionalism in navigating all of the clients. The technicians were awesome and the doctor was great at taking care of my dog. Not rushed and they made sure to explain what could be going on. That alone would have had me giving them the 5 stars. Then the bill came and I honestly wish I could give them more. They are very reasonably priced from my experience, especially in the San Diego area. I would highly recommend taking your pet here!!

Wonderful experience bringing our rescue kitty Raphael here! They were so communicative throughout the day of his surgery. They also topped it off with a chocolate chip cookie for my son! I would highly recommend, and We will be back! Thanks for everything!

Just had a wonderful experience here! We brought our rescue kitty in to be neutered. I was trying to find an in-expensive place to get this done since he was a rescue from our front yard. This hospital was 1/2 the price of what they quoted us at the clinic we had been taking him too. The customer service was incredible, they were so communicative and just called again today to check on him And my son gives it 5 stars as well for the chocolate chip cookies they have out! We will definitely be back!

I was grateful and impressed with the service provided from doctor Bayon and his staffs here. What has made an impact on my experience was the efficiency and sensitivity when it comes to animal care where they were very friendly, went out of their way to fit me in same day appointment during their peak time because of my dog health condition. I appreciate this a lot as this level of service is harder to find nowadays. Thank you very much Dr. Bayon and his team. I no longer live in the area but because of this great experience I will keep coming back and will recommend this clinic with friends and families.Cheers!
