The store looked disheveled and not a lot of merchandise in stock (at least for what I needed). The associate apologized for not having what I needed and did call another store to locate the correct size, but the store was pretty far away. I do appreciate his efforts!

Older style store that could use a good renovation like newly renovated Petcos. Overall an OK store to go to & my second faborite next to the one on Sports Arena.The staffing is friendly & definitely tries their hardest to make sure you get the right items for your pet.Sometimes the specific product I wany is out of stock for awhile but I can't particularly blame them for it. I can understand how difficult the supply chain can be. However they usually have a decent temporary replacement I can use. (I have 2 rats & 1 cat who feeds specificallu on the Whole Hearted urinary support cat food.)

The manager was able to get my dog in right away for a bath. My 95 lb Doberman usually has anxiety without me but did amazing with the care of this grooming team here. I highly recommend and will be a repeat customer. Thank you soo much ?????
