Petco, situated at 3994 Clairemont Mesa Blvd in San Diego, offers a wide range of pet nutrition products and supplies for various animals. The store provides full-service grooming, veterinarian services, Vetco Vaccination Clinics, pet adoption services, and positive dog and puppy training classes. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and the selection of products for dogs, as well as the small grass area outside for pets to use.
However, there have been concerns about the cleanliness of the restrooms. One customer reported finding no soap in the all-gender restroom and was met with a disrespectful attitude from an employee when they brought it to their attention. This customer felt that the lack of soap and the employee's response indicated a lack of concern for proper hygiene. As a result, they do not feel comfortable trusting the store with handling their pet and will not be returning.
The store is reliable in terms of being open and having the products customers need. Customers have had positive experiences with the helpful and welcoming staff, such as Alo, Stephanie, and Monica, who have provided excellent service and advice, especially for first-time pet owners.

All the people at petco are friendly and helpful !!!
Nice store brand new and huge selection. It's a shame you have so many pickpockets scamming and thieves out side you parking lot. Why do you allow the mall to get away with that? Your petco! Can't blame you...but can't shop in your store anymore.
