Dropped in for a vinyasa class this morning and wish I lived nearby, I’d be a regular! Well rounded morning flow got my heart going and feeling great, seems like a great community.

I dropped in on a whim, and this studio is top tier. I’ve done a lot of YouTube yoga, and this place is quintessentially the opposite - Gerhard helped me by gently correcting some of my poses, and is also very supportive with helping his students fly. I would highly recommend this studio for any level practitioner, especially because Gerhard helped me find the right props/cues I needed… There’s some seriously great teaching (without being a super-serious meditative class) as well as some seriously good yogis!!

5 stars! Such a great studio, I’ve been attending classes for almost a year now and absolutely love it. The slow flow classes over the weekend are fantastic. Definitely check them out when you can. :)
