I was sore the next few days but each day the soreness becomes less and the mobility I lacked before continues to increase (neck and back pain). Highly recommend. Be ready to dive deep, he spent more time with me then and other chiro I've seen and most of that was the consultation and assessment. Other chiros I've seen, I'm in and out like 20 min because they're on to the next but also because Adam KNOWS what he's doing and talking about. He doesn't just crack you and send you on your way. And he checked on me the next day and scheduled a follow up in a week to see how the adjustments impact me then. What a professional, wow.“

“AALL Care was an excellent choice for us when we needed 24-hour care for our mother. We had her regular caregiver M-F, but as her dementia escalated, we needed nights and full weekend care. I called AALL Care and 3 other services. I decided quickly that AALL Care was the best for our situation. They were very accommodating, they provided the same people for the same shifts whenever possible, and we were able to get to know them and trust them.
