“From the administrative staff to the caregivers, the entire team we have been working with is very professional in taking care of my mother. All are top-notch! Whenever we have had an issue or unexpected situation with my mother, the staff has been there to take care of it. We have been fortunate to have the same team working with my mother daily. Michelle (our team coordinator) has been on top of keeping the staffing the same. Only when needed has another caregiver come in to cover the shift. “Darlene Weber from Golden Care was a lifesaver for me when my mom was hospitalized abruptly then wanted to come home to recover. Mom wasn't mobile at the time, and Darlene and the Golden Care team went overboard to find enough helpers to allow her to be at home. Darlene was also an incredible resource for information about at-home care - from the supplies we needed to which items of "durable medical equipment" we should request from the hospital based on insurance coverage. She even went out of her way to be there when PT and OT providers came so that her caregivers could help mom do the exercises in between visits. She was also incredibly responsive and accommodating even when our plans shifted multiple times. I can't recommend Darlene and the GC team strongly enough.“
