There was a problem w/ my back. St Paul's was able to see me right away. No pills, no x-rays...basic exercises & I am good as new. The ride service is great. Thx to Justine, Crystal and the nurse who got me in to see the MD.

Saw one of the St. Paul's San Diego PACE vans. Looked them up online and was able to enroll my uncle who has chronic conditions and struggles to take care of himself. They helped out with MediCal and made the process so easy. We are so grateful for their service and everything they do for our community.

From St. Paul's PACE San Diego

PACE provides coordinated medical and social services to seniors over 55 who have chronic conditions and require regular medical support, yet wish to continue living in their own home. We offer primary care, therapy services, wellness programs, in-home care, daily activities, and transportation to and from appointments. For seniors with Medi-Cal and no share of cost, all St. Paul's PACE services are free. St. Paul’s PACE in Downtown San Diego opened in 2008 and was the first PACE program in San Diego County.
