Very caring and compassionate staff. As a young adult, having to go through losing my father and planning all expenses and final wishes was very difficult. The staff here was so helpful and actually pretty affordable. They handled my fathers remains with care and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. I want to thank all the staff for helping me through this very difficult process.

I had never really been involved in the task of managing someone else's death before... much less being the primary person who has to make all of the arrangements. I had two great resources, one of which was Direct Cremation. They helped me understand every aspect of what needed to be done, were crystal clear about the fees/costs and timing, and followed through perfectly with their statements. Their costs also fell exactly in line with the expectations set by my other resource (Caitlin Doughty, who has a YouTube channel about all of these matters). I am very thankful for everything Patty at Direct Cremation said and did for us. It helped me get from "lost in the woods" to "my dad's ashes are on my bookshelf."
