“My grandparents recently had their backyard completely redone by Sunny Builders Group, we hadn’t visited since before it was done and oh my goodness the difference is amazing! They told us they had the best experience with their team from start to finish, they were patient, professional, and it made the whole process a breeze! My grandparents are not easy to please either, they are very particular and know exactly what they want and how they want it! So for them to speak as highly of this company as they did, you know they did a great job. I’ll add a picture so ya’ll can see a piece of the beautiful view we get to enjoy now! “10 STARS!!!! Truly exceptional!Alec and Kurt were beyond amazing! We initially hired them to transform our backyard and then had them return within 6 months to beautify our front yard. They were absolutely wonderful in terms of professionalism, communication, workmanship, and work ethics. For the backyard, we wanted a modern patio, landscaping, and raised vegetable beds that integrated with our existing rainwater catchment system. During the design phase, they were happy to incorporate all of my unusual requests as much as possible while guiding us with valuable information on what would work well in terms of plants, design, and the irrigation system. More importantly, they understood our philosophy and desire for conserving water while creating a beautiful refuge. The entire Drab to Fab team was also super friendly and a pleasure to have on site. And when needed, they called in excellent subcontractors (example: plumber for a leaking underground pipe, electrical work for lighting, etc.) who also did great work. After completion of our projects, two unexpected complications arose - one due to the unusual amount of rain we’ve had and another partially due to cheap materials used in our original home build and poor property management prior to our buying our house. They came up with a wonderful solution for the rain related issue by adding a gorgeous biobasin to the back yard design. And because the other issue was related to a boulder used in the front yard landscaping (again, this was unexpected, unforeseen, and not their fault at all), they took responsibility right away and called for a plumber and crane to resolve the issue even though they were on vacation! Other contractors working on our house have given us the run-around for far more serious issues (examples: not doing work agreed to, heavy tool dropped onto our car from the roof that could have killed someone).I wish we had more properties for them to landscape! P.S. I NEVER write online reviews, and I was not asked to write this one. This is how impressed I have been with Drab to Fab.“

“I want to share the awesome experience I had with Alfaro G Landscaping. I had a major sprinkler emergency on a Saturday morning. They were the only company that said would come today. I called multiple companies but none were available. The two gentleman that came took care of the emergency and informed me what caused the issue. They even fixed some of my sprinkler heads while they worked on the main problem. They were very well priced and I was 100% satisfied with the quality of work they provided. “I posted a project on Thumbtack. Someone from Greenview San Diego contacted me. I met John Kevin one day at my home. He took measurements and he had a vision. I was interested in 900sqft turf and 100sqft paver repair. I was mostly interested in getting turf in my backyard… but my wife was open to turf in the front as well. I chose Greenview SD because I liked that John Keven didn’t seem to be a salesman; he actually took measurements in the yard and he had ideas. The invoice was very detailed which is something I need. I liked that they offered military and Costco member discounts. The price wasn’t the lowest or the highest. I thought it was fair. They are rated highly on google and yelp. I loved how soon they were able to schedule me for the work. Edgar and the team, showed up promptly, had great work ethic and completed the project in 3 days. My yard looks amazing and my wife and I are very happy with everything.“

Helena and her team were beyond amazing from the initial conversation about what my needs and goals were for the front yard, to wrapping everything up on time and leaving me with a vision come to life. She was very honest about design changes and pricing increase that would result from those changes. He was also very helpful in some of the design decisions that other fence contractors were unwilling to discuss or include as part of the build. They were able to customize all the details we wanted.The workmanship was great quality and his crew does fast work but with high level of attention to detail. They are also a very polite and clean crew, which is not always the case. “It was the year 2010. It was time. Time to get rid of the lawn and embrace a drought-tolerant front yard with indigenous plants. And it would be cool to have a "blue" theme to go with our new roof. Scott to the rescue! It's been 22 years now and all the plants that Scott orchestrated are now in a comfortable size and bloom. The centerpiece is this marvelous Bismarck Palm that clearly loves living in our front yard! It's a man's yard that a woman can love, too.
