I can't say enough about this business! Brandon was professional, knowledgeable, and most important, honest. I had scheduled a service for my water heater. I had to replace it a few years back because I had neglected to service the system and my water pressure was way too high. Brandon came and looked at my system and did a few tests and told me it did not need to be serviced. He spent quite a bit of time looking at it and charged me nothing! What a delightful surprise! I highly recommend Quick Water Heater!
When I requested a quote for an undersink reverse osmosis RO system, Brandon came out the same day! He explained the pros and cons of that system and provided a quote which was much higher than I had hoped. The cons outweighed the pros for me so I asked about alternatives which Brandon gave me with followup details for a whole house filtration system which I am considering. Brandon was great at spending time explaining choices, thank you, Brandon!
Connected with Brandon after seeing great YouTube videos he has posted online and are local to him. Very friendly and quick to arrive on the same day we called. Recently had a family member pass away so dealing with bills and of course something else always comes up like a water heater issue. Even though he didn't do any service this time he gave some great advice of some things to perhaps try and if down the road we get the funds we will certainly reach out to him again to get the job done right.
