“Omg. If you’re bored of weight training in the crowded gyms, this is it! My only regret is I didn’t join sooner. I went for my first class a few weeks ago and I immediately signed up after. Everyone is soooo nice and understanding that I’m still trying to get used to the flow of the pods moving etc. They’ve made me feel so welcomed and everyone that comes in is really nice too. I work from home super isolated and am new to the area, and this has been helping me with my mental health so much. Truly so grateful ??? Thank you F45 amazing staff!“
