Communication was great about options with a home warranty claim, both for repairing and replacing. We opted to replace, and Daniel was very good about spelling out options and the process with no pressure.The crew that came out was extremely professional and did a great job with installation and testing. Very personable and professional.
Just had my HVAC unit serviced by South Placer Heating and Air. Their technician was friendly, on time and completed the necessary work promptly. I was very happy with the service and can wholeheartedly recommend them.
My experience with South Placer heating and air was excellent. They communicated every step of the process to me as well as kept every timeline perfectly. They installed a replacement HVAC heat and air unit and scheduled the inspection then they actually showed up and placed a ladder for the inspector to access the roof . Their price was very competitive but in the end of the day it’s the level of service that was provided to me that I walk away with and recommend to others. Thank you South Placer Heat and Air .
