chiropractor. I'm an avid senior snow skier and injured my lower back many years ago.
Over the years, I tried many treatments for recurring lower back spasms, including massage, chiropractic care , acupuncture and physical therapy.

“Such a great way to get affordable chiropractic care. The sign up is easy. The doctors are awesome. I was hesitant to try Joint Chiro at first because it was different. But I am so grateful I did. You sign in and walk to the back where there are waiting chairs and 4 tables. There have been a few times I have gone in and waited up to 15 minutes to be seen. There are some busier times during the day/ week, but usually there is 1 or 2 people in at the same time. I like that you don't need an appointment, they have convenient hours for working people and are open on the weekends.“

“I am coming back from a pretty bad work injury and chiropractic sessions was part of the deal. They sent me to a few places and no luck, no improvement. I worked on getting approval to see Dr. Jeff but workmans comp is workmans comp and I had to wait until all was done to go and be seen by him. The information he was able to give me was invaluable. He offered to go over my mris and xrays, which is huge. He explained to me the pain I had been feeling and why, as well as the secondary effects of the injuries, which explained alot. He was able to do what cupping, massage, accupuncture, other chiropractors, etc had not been able to do, relieve some pain. I am far from perfect and probably won't be,but I am informed, I can plan, he has devised a plan that is working, and allows me to move forward based on results that give me hope of getting better. One of the most genuine nice guys that you will ever meet though don't mistake that for him being a pushover.
We love him and highly recommend.
EDIT: I believe they do see workers comp patients as well, the problem was workers comp.“

“Having recurrence episode of headache and head pressure for about month and half. Never experience this problem before, so lots of effort has been eliminating possibilities. From the CT head scan, CFL diagnosis, and eventually IIH meds to isolate the problem but none seems to help. My only clue is my slightly left leaning posture, neck and shoulder muscle ache! Went to Dr Sahota at Synaspe Chiropractic to see if he can help. That 1 hr spent is well worth the wait in gold! From my neck and body x-ray, it’s obvious where the problem lies. Few cervical manipulation and quick joint activator and that’s it. My doubt completely evaporated after a day later; no headache, no head pressure, very little neck ache! A call to check up from Dr Sahota few days later and I was looking forward for another adjustment the following week. The next session was a bit more intense with more manipulations, few joint activations, and pounding massage… few days later, my symptom completely and utterly subsides. Oh, he pointed out my neck and lower spine arthritis regions, talk about long term self-care to avoid this problem is the best advise I’ve got for very long time! Dr Sohota made a believer out of me. The price is reasonable and the follow ups even more so. The receptionists are professional and courteous, may I dare say… very sweet! The whole experience was pleasantly result oriented, and the two thumbs up for their dedication of helping people.“
