“Dr. Beth is THE BEST! I have seen a few chiropractors over the years and she was the first one to do an x-ray. During our first visit after x-rays, she explained how she works, explained how chiropractic works, and explained how her particular chiropractic specialty works. I've never had another doctor sit and take the time to provide the level of education that she provided. She also recommended weekly adjustments for 6 months. I've had other doctors recommend weekly or more in the past but never followed through because I didn't understand why the frequency was needed. I have seen her weekly for 6 months now and I'm looking forward to seeing how my x-ray looks at the end of the recommended treatment time. I originally started seeing her after throwing out my back which took several months to heal. I threw it out again while seeing her and I was back to normal after 1 week! She and Heidi are SO friendly both with me and my kids. My kids have also received adjustments and my 5 year old asks to "get cracked" haha. Funny thing though - she doesn't do those kids of adjustments, she has a gentle approach for both myself and the kids. Her office feels like home, I love going in for my adjustment because it feels like I'm hanging out with friends. Dr. Beth has also encouraged a healthier diet including homemade cultured yogurt (that even my toddlers enjoy!). I can't say enough about Dr. Beth, I highly recommend!“
