Dr. Jeff is a healer. Gentle, kind, deeply listening and so supportive, I’m profoundly grateful to have his care. I resisted chiropractic care for decades after a negative experience elsewhere early in my life. I’ve come full circle and enjoy weekly sessions which are having a significant and cumulative impact on my body. The range of motion in my neck is vastly improved, and I’m freed up from pain associated with my scoliosis. 10 out of 5 stars. This is a very special group of practitioners. Also, the space is inviting, clean and professional. Touch Chiropractic offers a variety of healing services and modalities.

I returned to Dr. Jeff for an appointment today after some years, since I took a fall and bruised some ribs last week. He was extremely helpful in helping me "unlock" my shoulder and other parts and I will be returning for another 5 appointments as I heal. I am always impressed with him and his wholistic approach to our injuries and staying healthy! My entire family goes to him for regular appointments. I've known him for some 18-plus years! I cannot say enough good things about Touch Chiro and Dr. Dina. I started seeing her in the early 2000s for her gentle touch chiropractic care. I found that the adjustments helped me not just physically, that I also felt more balanced emotionally and mentally afterwards. She has adjusted my kids as infants and then later as teenagers. I return to her as the occasion arises and highly recommend her care.
