Trust the process, it WORKS, they work, the entire team! When I was a competitive athlete I had a chiropractor that worked on Olympic athletes, after decades of trying to find a comparable chiropractor I can say I have now found it in Barham Chiropractic! I struggled to exercise as my back wouldn't allow me to heal from each day's workout. I couldn't jog and gained many pounds over the years. After just a few weeks I was jogging again and now have a very consistent workout routine going. I highly recommend their nutritionist, Rachel. I have been going here for a little over a month and the back pain i was experiencing almost daily is practically gone. I feel like I walk a little taller and straighter when leaving the office. The staff is warm and welcoming and knowledgeable. I feel like I am in good hands in my journey to better health.
